Responsibilities

• Assist professional nursing personnel in providing patient care in assigned area.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide personal care and emotional support.
• Take and record vital signs and measurements; document promptly.
• Prepare patient rooms and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond to patient calls and assist with routine treatment procedures under RN supervision.
