Job summary

Arlington Care Center in Newark, OH is seeking a full-time RN Supervisor to assist the DON and ADON in leading the nursing services delivered to residents daily.

The successful candidate will be licensed in Ohio with at least 1 year in acute, long-term, or geriatric supervisory roles in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility; strong computer and communication skills are essential to ensure compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care, long term care or geriatric supervisor and management experience in a Medicaid/Medicare certified facility.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.
• Must follow all Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the direction, coordination & evaluation of nursing care services provided to residents.
• Implement nursing services, objectives and standards; resolve resident care issues.
• Ensure compliance with all State & Federal guidelines.
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy rights of residents are observed & enforced.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents in the facility.
