Job summary

AristaCare Health Services in Edison, NJ is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) to manage daily nursing activities during the overnight and daytime shifts on weekdays. You will supervise staff in accordance with all applicable regulations, and you will report to the Director of Nursing Services.

The role includes administrative authority to ensure high-quality resident care. The position requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in care

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must have an active RN License.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care setting.
• LTC and Sub-Acute experience preferred.
• BLS Certification required or maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing activities during tour of duty in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and as directed by the Director of Nursing Services.
• Provide administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for assigned duties.
• Ensure the highest quality of care and compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
