Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Marietta, GA seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our faith-based team delivering compassionate care to residents. You will supervise CNAs, collaborate with the IDT, and ensure timely assessments while upholding clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) under the direction of the Director of Nursing
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Ensure initial baseline and periodic comprehensive assessments are completed on time
• Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation for review
• Initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate based on resident needs
• Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation, evaluations, and reports
• Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and aligned with facility policy and clinical standards
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and notify providers as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

What You Will Do
