Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is seeking a Regional Nurse Supervisor to oversee the medical department in our opioid treatment programs. This on-site role involves nursing services, phlebotomy, lab operations, and coordination with physicians, with a focus on patient care and regulatory compliance.

The position requires an RN license in the applicable state, CPR/First Aid, and leadership experience in substance use treatment. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in substance use treatment.
• Advanced knowledge of medication-assisted treatment.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and teaching skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computing and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient nursing and lab operations.
• Assess patient dosing appropriateness.
• Administer methadone as prescribed.
• Maintain patient dosing records and medication inventory.
• Collect urine specimens and maintain medical supplies.
• Train and supervise nursing and lab staff.
• Coordinate care with physicians and community providers.
• Report and document workplace issues and injuries.
• Develop and manage medical department schedules.
• Conduct internal program reviews and audits.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and community meetings.

Regional Nurse Supervisor

Locations: Woodbury, Minneapolis, and Brooklyn Park

Schedule: 5:30am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday, fully on-site

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually + bonus structure

Job Summary

The Nurse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the medical department in an opioid treatment program, providing nursing services and patient care. In centers with labs, they also manage lab operations and the medical assistant/phlebotomy team. This role includes planning, assessment, intervention, and evaluation of patient needs, and performing phlebotomy and administering medications.
