Westminster Nursing and Rehab is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team on weekdays and weekends, with a sign-on bonus. If you want a career in leadership focusing on high-quality care, this is for you.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, overseeing clinical operations, and delivering excellent geriatric care. MD RN licensure and minimum 1 year in LTC are required.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical oversight and patient care leadership.

What you'll do?

Primary responsibilities of a Nursing Supervisor include, supervision of all nursing personnel, nursing related duties and functions, clinical oversight of the building.

Managing day to day clinical operations of the building on off time hours.

Deliver quality care for the adult geriatric population.

Salary is based off range, will include an additional shift and weekend differential.

Experience
