The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team in Somers, NY. You will oversee nursing operations during your shift, mentor staff, and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in NY.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during assigned shifts.
• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized nursing care.
• Provide clinical guidance and leadership to the nursing team.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, NYSDOH, and facility policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to promote resident outcomes.
• Assist with staffing coordination and daily nursing operations.
• Support quality assurance, infection prevention, and risk management initiatives.
• Maintain survey readiness and assist during state and federal surveys.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment.

The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team.
