Job summary

River Grove Health and Rehab in Tennessee is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise day-to-day operations, function as floor nurse when needed, and maintain regular weekend attendance, collaborating with residents and families to achieve care objectives.

RN Supervisor Qualifications:

• Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.

• Supervise staff in day-to-day operations

• Function as a floor nurse as needed

• Capable of maintaining regular weekend attendance.

• Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives.

• Meet all local health regulations and complete a post-offer health assessment.

RN Supervisor Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state.

• At least one year of RN experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.
