River Grove Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee all nursing operations and lead a dedicated clinical team. This role focuses on shaping the quality of care across the facility and ensuring excellent resident outcomes.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, proven Director of Nursing experience or strong LTC background, and outstanding communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration and staff development.

Formación

• Proven experience as Director of Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• Experience in Long Term Care a must.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, oversee, and evaluate all nursing personnel (RN, LPN, etc.).
• Guide staffing procedures.
• Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department.
• Organize and coordinate admission, nursing, and patient care procedures.
• Develop and enforce policies for legal compliance and high-quality standards.
• Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.
• Report to upper management.

As our Director of Nursing, you'll oversee all nursing operations, lead a dedicated clinical team, and play a vital role in shaping the quality of care delivered throughout our facility.

Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee, and evaluate all nursing personnel (RN, LPN, etc.)
• Guide staffing procedures
• Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department
• Organize and coordinate admission, nursing, and patient care procedures
• Develop and enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high-quality standards
• Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed
• Collaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operations
• Report to upper management

Requirements

• Proven experience as Director of Nursing is preferred
• Active RN license required
• Must have experience in Long Term Care
• Great communication and people skills
