All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor in GA to lead and supervise nursing staff in a home‑care setting. You will oversee plans of care, ensure compliance with physician orders, and mentor field nurses and caregivers.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, have 2+ years clinical experience with 1+ year in supervision, and show excellent communication skills in a confidential environment. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience with at least 1 year in management.
• Current or multi-state nursing license.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent communication with internal and external staff.
• Ability to handle confidential information independently.

Responsibilities

• Creates patient Plan of Care per Physician orders and ensures compliance.
• Implements nursing support for individuals in a home setting.
• Reviews nursing documentation to ensure Field Nurse follows Physician orders.
• Reviews MARs, verbal orders, medication profiles to match Physician orders.
• Follows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standards.
• Completes supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations, including plan of care review and caregiver competency assessment.
• Trains caregivers and nurses as required.
• Participates in staff meetings and in-services.

Responsibilities
