Aventura at Oakwood Village in Springfield, OH is seeking a compassionate RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team and uphold exceptional resident care in a skilled nursing setting.

You will guide LPNs and CNAs, oversee care plans, collaborate with physicians and families, and ensure regulatory compliance while serving as nurse-in-charge on shift.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (in good standing).
• 2+ years RN experience (long-term care preferred).
• Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs).
• Oversee resident care and ensure quality standards.
• Administer treatments & monitor resident conditions.
• Communicate with physicians, families & care teams.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
• Act as nurse-in-charge for the shift.
