Job summary

Aventura at Oakwood Village is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team in a skilled nursing environment. You will oversee resident care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure high-quality standards while communicating with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (in good standing).
• 2+ years RN experience, long-term care preferred.
• Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong leadership and clinical skills.
