Collingswood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no weekends in Rockville, MD. The RN will supervise nursing care activities, provide clinical oversight, and coordinate care to ensure safe, timely interventions.

You will lead a team, ensure compliance with physician orders and facility policies, and communicate with physicians, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.

Competenze

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Daily Pay!

$3/hr PIB (FT only)

$45 - $50/hour
