Exton Post Acute, a 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Exton, PA, is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, managing multiple residents, and collaborating with physicians and families. Eligible candidates hold PA RN license, BLS, and 2+ years of nursing experience; supervisory experience provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current PA RN license (unencumbered).
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with staff, residents, families, and regulators.
• No supervisory experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.

• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of PA.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.

• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
