Job summary

Oakland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor in New Jersey. The role requires an active RN license in NJ and weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays).

The position offers hourly pay between $38 and $52, with all-inclusive compensation. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, adherence to regulations, and facilitating communication among residents, families, and government agencies.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously.
• 2+ years RN experience in healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting
• No previous supervisor experience needed, we will train you
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• Must have 2+ years of experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care setting
