Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an experienced RN to fill a House Supervisor role. This position involves supervising ER, Med Surg, obstetric, and labor & delivery units and requires an active Minnesota RN license with ACLS/BLS/NIHSS/TNCC or CALS and NRP credentials.

The candidate will attend deliveries and assist in newborn resuscitation, handling patients across all ages. Shifts run 0700-1930 or 1900-0730, with every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Active Minnesota RN license required.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC or CALS with Trauma benchmark completed, NRP.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support to emergency, medical surgical, obstetric, and labor and delivery departments.
• Attend deliveries and provide care for newborns, including resuscitation.
• Work 3x12-hour shifts with every third weekend and holiday rotation (0700-1930 or 1900-0730).
• Care for a patient mix from neonates to geriatrics.
• Must be able to perform tasks in both ER and Med Surg.
