Job summary

Markley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations on a full-time basis, with shifts 7 am to 7 pm on weekends. The role offers strong clinical leadership and regulatory oversight within a compassionate, team‑oriented setting.

Under Marquis Health Consulting Services support, you’ll supervise nursing staff, ensure care plans are followed, and promote resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current PA RN license and valid BLS CPR certification.
• Ability to oversee nursing care for multiple residents on shift.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in healthcare.
• No prior supervisory role required; training provided.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with staff, families, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Markley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 121-bed Sub‑Acute, and Long‑Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do. Qualifications for RN Supervisor

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
