Responsabilités

• Oversee and supervise RNs and nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and staff development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Activities for holistic patient care.
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Oversee assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and issues.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon, a group of skilled nursing facilities in PA. As a key member of our leadership team, the RN Supervisor will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

About the Role:

• Manage and supervise a team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and other nursing personnel to provide high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
• Conduct performance evaluations, provides staff development and training, and addresses employee concerns in a fair and timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Activities, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and outcomes

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and potential problems
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including nursing assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Participate in peer review and quality improvement activities to promote continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Pennsylvania
• Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong knowledge of nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
