Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Irwin is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team in Irwin, PA. You will oversee nursing staff and deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating with physicians, DON, and Medical Director.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires with pay rates up to $48 per hour. We provide flexible shifts (3-11, 11-7), part-time and full-time opportunities, and same-day pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under medical direction and supervision.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying treatment regimens to meet residents' physical and psychological needs.
• Other duties as needed.

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Irwin is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and overseeing the nursing staff. We offer a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for full-time hires, as well as competitive pay rates up to $48 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.

• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.

• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of the resident, in accordance with established and medical practices, and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.

• Other duties as needed.

Education and Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.

• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required.
