Qualifications

Current RN license in PA.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and supervision to a team of nurses on the weekends.
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Provide guidance and support to nurses on the team.
Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality indicators.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop corrective action plans as needed.
