Laurel Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Mount Laurel, NJ is hiring an RN Supervisor for the full-time night shift (11pm-7:30am). You will lead nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff to deliver safe, high-quality resident care.

Candidates must hold a New Jersey RN license, have 4+ years of nursing experience and 2+ years in supervision, with strong communication and leadership skills. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum 4+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and applicable laws and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and leadership.
