Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical staff training and compliance.
• Review their task lists daily.
• Manage their time off requests/no shows.
• Coordinate their lunch schedules (or even if they get one).
• Advocate for the front office staff and back office staff.

Job Description

• Take all OB problem phone calls and document the charts appropriately
• Review abnormal mammogram results and communicate results with patients
• Manage the clinical staff including, but not limited to reviews, training, updates with policy and procedures. (CNR)
• Review their task lists daily
• Manage their time off requests/no shows
• Coordinate their lunch schedules (or even if they get one)
• Advocate for the front office staff and back office staff

Qualifications

• 1 + yearas a RN in an OB/GYN office
• Must be IV certification
• On-Call coverage after hours
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, practitioners, staff, and management.
