Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on assessing residents, developing individualized care plans, and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality care. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible full-time and part-time nurses.

Shifts run 7:00a–7:00p with a mix of full-time and part-time opportunities. Benefits include daily pay options, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care delivery.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in the SNF.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assess resident’s needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
• Shifts Needed: 7:00a - 7:00p
• Includes Every Other Weekend
• Wage: $42.00 - $44.00 per hour
• Sign On Bonus: $10,000
