Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking an RN Supervisor for a skilled nursing facility in Congers, NY. You will supervise unit activities and staff while ensuring high-quality patient care and promptly responding to resident needs.

Key duties include organizing nursing operations, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and coordinating with families and medical staff. A NY RN license and experience in geriatrics or rehab are preferred. Vaccinations encouraged; onboarding support provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New York State.
• Experience with geriatrics, rehabilitation, or Alzheimer's care preferred.
• Progressive nursing experience, supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, be flexible, and team-oriented.
• Patience and compassion for residents with diverse needs.
