Job summary

Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our caring team on the NOC shift in Concord, CA.

The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care during overnight hours. A valid California RN license and supervisory experience are preferred.

Starting Pay: $48.00 per hour, depending on experience

About the Position

Diablo Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team on the NOC shift. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, support nursing staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the NOC shift.
• Oversee resident care and ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Assess residents' conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Coordinate care plans and communicate with physicians, residents, and families as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, supportive, and resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous nursing or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
