Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Center in Chatham, NJ is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee facility operations, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintain nursing guidelines. You will foster a compassionate environment for residents, families and staff, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, preferred LTC experience, solid computer and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the state of NJ.
• LTC experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
