Concordia at Rebecca Residence in Allison Park is seeking a dedicated RN to function as 2pm-10:30pm RN supervisor. The role includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating resident care, and communicating with administration, physicians, and families to ensure quality service.

Qualifications include graduation from an approved school of nursing and PA licensure as RN or LPN, with demonstrated leadership and a compassionate approach to residents.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for health care delivery and supervise other employees.
• Maintain rotating on-call schedule and ensure timely communication of changes.

Seeking a dedicated RN to function as 2pm-1030pm RN supervisor.

Monday through Friday position. Rotating call schedule.

The RN Supervisor is a Licensed Nurse who functions both as a supervisor and manager to provide quality care and services to our residents.. This individual is expected to assume the responsibility for his/her health care delivery and to supervise the work of other employees. This individual is responsible for coordinating all aspects of resident care fostering both interdepartmental and intradepartmental cooperation. He/She communicates pertinent information to Administration, Physicians, Families, Consultants, and other service providers.

Qualifications:
