Riverton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Allentown, PA, is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead nursing teams in a 111-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. The role focuses on safe, compassionate resident care, regulatory compliance, and professional leadership across shifts.

The ideal candidate holds an active PA RN license, BLS CPR, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive benefits and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
