Riverton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations and ensure safe, high-quality resident care. This full-time role requires PA RN licensure and BLS CPR, with 2+ years of experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license and BLS (CPR) certification.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional interaction.
• Ability to supervise multiple patients and support staff with leadership training provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

• 7AM - 11:30PM Sat & Sun
• Full Time 3PM-11PM/11PM-7:30AM

Qualifications for RN Supervisor

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
