Complete Care in Wisconsin is hiring a PRN Nurse Shift Supervisor (RN) to oversee nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and coordinate care with physicians. The role includes supervising medications, conducting rounds, maintaining regulatory documentation, and educating staff, residents, and families.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, independent work, and teamwork, with competitive pay and daily option benefits.

Competenze

• Active Wisconsin RN license is required.
• Supervisory experience in healthcare settings is required.
• Experience in inpatient, palliative care, and staff management preferred.

Schedule: PRN – Fill in for supervisor openings as needed, 4 Weekend shifts Required

Pay: Competitive rates + Paid Daily option

Complete Care is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a PRN Nurse Shift Supervisor!

What You’ll Do

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care

• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with physicians

• Supervise medication administration and other nursing services

• Conduct nursing rounds and monitor resident progress

• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

• Educate staff, residents, and families

What We’re Looking For

• Active Wisconsin RN license

• Previous supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare setting required

• Inpatient, palliative care, and staff-management experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer and documentation skills
