Acadia Healthcare is seeking an RN for days (12-hour shifts) at Bayside Marin Treatment Center in San Rafael, CA. You will provide and coordinate care, develop nursing care plans, and educate patients and families.

Eligible applicants must hold an RN license in California and have at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team environment within a prestigious treatment center.

Competenze

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license as required by state employment or eligibility to practice.
• CPR certification required; de-escalation and restraint training helps.
• One year of nursing experience; psychiatric/behavioral or substance use nursing a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about health conditions.
• Provide nursing care within state nursing practice acts and facility policies.
• Ensure physicians’ orders are legible and transcribed correctly.
• Assess patient status continuously and document pertinent information.
• Notify physicians of significant changes in status or emergencies.
• Complete admission and discharge processing accurately.
