Mayo Clinic is seeking a highly organized RN Program Coordinator to oversee sepsis coordination and a high-quality, safe, and efficient program across multiple departments. You will work with physicians, nurses, and staff to operationalize the program, develop policies, and provide training and consultation.

This role supports education and data-driven decision making while ensuring compliance with institutional practices.

Qualifications

• RN program coordination experience or similar project leadership.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; research process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the RN program across all assigned areas with healthcare team.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, administrators and other staff.
• Develop policies, practices, protocols, and procedures in alignment with Mayo Clinic standards.
• Provide education, training, and data for departmental leadership.
