Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Cour must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
• Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 18 months of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
• No Travel Required
• 1 year experience Required Years of Experience

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient pain regularly to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention.
• Documents the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and anticipates needs.
• Teaches patients/families/caregivers about patient medical condition, status, treatment plan, medications and potential side effects, ensuring understanding.
• Prepares patients and families for future self-management, including lifestyle changes.
