Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. The RN demonstrates competency within the full scope of nursing expertise, providing care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsibilities include care coordination, resident assessment, education, and delegation within the scope of practice.

Qualifications

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. Must hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable. Must maintain required competencies and certifications.
