Job summary

Cleveland Clinic's South Pointe Hospital in Warrensville Heights, OH is seeking an experienced RN to join the Stroke Med/Surg Telemetry Unit. You will provide direct nursing care, implement and revise care plans, monitor patient conditions, and communicate changes to the team.

This is a full-time day-shift role with a pay rate of $35.50–$55.60 per hour. Required ADN or BSN, 1+ year acute care RN experience, current RN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN).
• 1+ years of current acute care RN experience; military RN considered.
• Current state RN licensure and BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.
