Job summary

Sentara Health Plans is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intermediate Care Unit in Norfolk, VA. This full-time role offers multiple shifts and an up to $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care, participate in a supportive transition program for new graduates, and uphold the standards of practice within a blended Medical/Surgical unit.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse must possess a valid nursing license.
• New graduates are welcome to apply and participate in a structured transition program.
• BLS required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform competent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Support patients in the Intermediate Care Unit.
