The unit is a 24-bed step-down within a 569-bed tertiary care facility, offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus for experienced nurses and a $7,500 sign-on bonus for new grads.

FT (36 hours/week) days shift. Join the team at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA, a Level I trauma center with extensive programs.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• RN license in VA or Compact in good standing.
• BLS certification.
• RN New Grads and Experienced Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a dynamic setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
