Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an experienced Neuro/Trauma RN to join a hospital team in the US. Candidates must have neuro-focused trauma experience, including craniotomy care and pre/post-operative management, with at least 1 year of related practice.

Epic experience is preferred for recent training and workflow integration; certifications ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS (Blue Cloud) are required to qualify for this role. The position emphasizes high-acuity patient care, telemetry monitoring, and collaboration

• Common diagnoses: POD 1 craniotomy, neurosurgeries, Whipples, abdominal surgeries, sepsis, stroke transfers, chronic mechanical ventilation, insulin drips, and arrhythmia management
