Southcoast Health in Dartmouth, MA is seeking an RN-Staff Nurse for a 40-hour day shift in Primary Care – Dartmouth. The role involves coordinating nursing care, teaching patients and families, and leading with the care team to maintain high professional standards.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, MA/RI RN licensure, and BLS. EHR experience is highly desirable; compensation is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One to three years of related experience preferred.
• Experience working with EHR is highly desirable.
• 3-5 years of specific experience may be required based on department.

We are searching for a talented RN-Staff Nurse

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Day shift; 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Location: Primary Care – Dartmouth, MA

Responsibilities

Position reports to the Director, Manager or designee. Perform a variety of duties involving coordinating nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.

Qualifications

• Graduation from accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One to three years of related experience preferred.
• Previous Medical Office experience is desirable.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) is highly desirable.
• 3-5 years of specific experience may be required based on practice/department specialty.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• ACLS may be required based on practice/department specialty.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $34.28 - USD $56.33 /Hr.
