Chapel View, a Cassia senior community in Hopkins, MN, is hiring a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) for a full-time, day-shift role with a pay range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually. The role focuses on leading staff training, orientation, and regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality senior care.

Requirements include an active Minnesota RN license and strong communication; familiarity with senior care and education regulations; and proficiency with web-based systems.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota RN license required.
• Ability to communicate with staff.
• Familiar with senior care and education regulatory needs.
• Computer knowledge in web-based systems a must.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and monitor orientation and education/in-services.
• Build relationships with recruiting sources and educational communities.
• Support all administrative nurse roles.
• Audit and track for quality improvement.
• Complete competency based training for licensed and non-licensed employees.
• Present training information to DON and Administrator.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
