Job summary

The Staff Development Coordinator (RN) at Maple-Heights-Health- in Cambria Township, PA, will plan, organize, develop, direct and evaluate all educational programs across the community in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations. The Coordinator will identify training needs, develop training plans and materials, and evaluate efficacy of training provided.

Education requirements include an active RN license in the state, CPR/BLS certification, and at least 2 years of teaching

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state of work.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching or training adult learners and 3+ years in long-term care.
