Job Description - RN - Staff Clinical Registered Nurse 6 East Respiratory Stepdown 36 hrs Days Flex shift (252335)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 6 East Respiratory Stepdown unit. The RN will assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under the supervision of a licensed physician. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about nursing principles, theories, current practices, and techniques.

Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to provide individualized care. The RN also directs support staff to ensure high standards of nursing care in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. Additional certifications or specialized training may be required based on the area of specialty.

Minimum Education and Experience

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in the clinical specialty (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications
