Job summary

Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital is seeking a PRN Med Surg RN/LPN to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a small-town Critical Access setting. Join a 25-bed facility with a strong community focus and a commitment to safety and quality.

This role requires Missouri RN or LPN license, BLS, EMR experience, and 1–3 years of Med Surg experience. Work involves fast-paced patient care with a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license or current Missouri LPN IV-Certified license.
• Previous Med Surg (1-3 years preferred) or related experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous EMR experience required.

• Prioritize and deliver care to a team of assigned patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Be proficient with clinical skills and assessments, critical thinking skills, and time management.
• Work in a teamwork environment.
• Use critical thinking, excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.

• Average nurse patient ratio 1:5.
