Job summary

A Critical Access Hospital in Missouri is seeking a full-time Med Surg RN/LPN to deliver personalized and compassionate care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a current RN or LPN license in Missouri and preferably 1-3 years of Med Surg experience. Requirements

What to expect as a Med Surg RN/LPN:

• Prioritize and deliver care to a team of assigned patients in a fast‑paced environment.
• Be proficient with clinical skills and assessments, critical thinking skills, and time management.
• Work in a teamwork environment.
• Use critical thinking, excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Be able to deliver personal, compassionate care and have excellent customer service skills.
• Average nurse patient ratio 1:5.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license or current Missouri LPN IV‑Certified license.
• Previous Med Surg (1‑3 years preferred) or related experience desired.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous EMR (Electronic Medical Record) experience required.
