Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to manage nursing care activities in the cath lab and interventional radiology, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.

The RN will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans, implement and document nursing interventions, and evaluate patient progress. The role requires adherence to infection control policies, collaboration with physicians, and ongoing patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program with valid RN licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year medical-surgical experience; critical care or PACU experience preferred.
• Current certifications in BLS and ALS.
• Ability to perform extensive physical activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in emergency situations.
• Strong assessment, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops and coordinates individualized care plans, implements and documents nursing interventions, and evaluates patient progress. Provides patient education, assists physicians with procedures, and ensures adherence to safety and infection control policies. Delivers service excellence through respectful communication, collaboration, and cost-effective practices. Participates in quality improvement initiatives, supports age-specific and specialized patient care, and demonstrates professional accountability.
