Qualifications

• ONCC/APHON chemotherapy credentials for applicable roles.
• Fetal monitoring certification or training encouraged for related units.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a designated specialty unit.
• Delegate tasks to nursing assistants and other staff as appropriate.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including referrals and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families, ensuring culturally appropriate communication and consent.
• Document patient status and respond to changes in condition promptly.
