Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. You will evaluate care effectiveness, protect patient rights, and ensure confidentiality in line with our standards.

Qualified candidates graduate from an accredited nursing program with a valid state license and CPR certification; drivers license may be required for certain home infusion visits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school and hold a valid state nursing license.
• CPR certification (or able to obtain within 90 days).
• Possess basic computer skills or willingness to learn and operate clinic equipment.

Skills & Abilities

Ability to perform medical treatments, react calmly in emergencies, interpret guidelines, communicate effectively, and establish strong working relationships. Basic computer skills or willingness to learn are required. Capable of operating clinic-related equipment.
