GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care under supervision in a specialized unit. The position requires an Associate Degree in Nursing and Maryland RN licensure, with strong communication and organizational skills.

The role emphasizes developing and implementing comprehensive nursing plans of care, collaborating with the health team, and ensuring safe, effective patient care in a high-demand environment.

Formación

• Two years of RN experience in the specific specialty area or LPN experience with director approval.
• Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited program is required.
• Current Maryland RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes the Nursing Process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Develops and updates the written nursing plan of care as condition changes.
• Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments accurately.
• Coordinates and communicates patient status with the health team and family.
