Job summary

Avera St. Mary’s is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-level nursing care for Adult Specialty units including Nephrology, Transplant, Neurology, Extended Care, and Cardiovascular patients.

You will develop care plans, provide education, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in nursing, an active RN license in the state of practice, and 1–3 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care for Adult Specialty units (Nephrology, Transplant, Neurology, Extended Care, Cardiovascular).
• Develops and revises patient care plans and nursing diagnoses.
• Delivers education to patients and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and mentors other nurses.
