Bridgeway Health and Rehabilitation Center in Phenix City, Alabama, seeks compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support the clinical team in delivering high-quality care.

The role requires an active Alabama RN license, experience in long-term care or rehab, and strong clinical assessment skills. Weekend and holiday availability is welcome to ensure continuous resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs when needed.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.

RN Requirements
